Kelli Johnson

As a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Registered Vascular Technologist, and Radiographer with 30 years of experience, my career has taken me across the United States and into Canada. I have always loved helping others, embraced lifelong learning, and the ever-evolving challenges that diagnostic imaging presents.

In 2023, our world changed with the devastating loss of my husband, Dave. In the midst of grief and reflection, I knew I needed to be closer to family. This led me to relocate from Iowa to Nebraska, where our two children, Rylee and Brady, were both students at UNL at the time.

Through extensive research, reading, and self-reflection, my passion for a more holistic approach to healthcare deepened. In early July 2024, a conversation with Pam Ryerse planted a seed—one that soon blossomed into a life-changing opportunity. With deep respect for her incredible work, I made the decision to acquire Radiant Health Imaging, Inc. 

This was more than just a business decision; it was the realization of a shared dream. With Rylee's goal of finding root cause of disease along with the healing properties of herbs and my experience in diagnostic medical sonography, we envisioned a mother-daughter venture that combined our skills, passions, and dedication to holistic care.

Faith, family, and friends have always grounded me. When I'm not immersed in the business, I'm likely getting my hands dirty propagating plants, soaking up nature, jamming out to my favorite playlist, or playfully negotiating (unsuccessfully) with my kids to let me adopt a random baby animal. This balance keeps me energized and connected, helping me show up fully for my clients and community.

We chose the name Acacia Wellness because the Acacia tree holds profound meaning: 

Biblical Significance – A symbol of renewal and divine purpose.
Herbal Medicine Roots – Used for centuries in traditional healing.
Strength & Fortitude – Resilient even in the most challenging of conditions.
